Exciting educational activities, games and fun projects to make in a safe and friendly environment.

The YMCA, the US Forest Service and Wildlife Unlimited have combined resources and staff to provide our Day Campers with an outstanding opportunity to experience the out of doors this summer. One day each week, our campers will be visiting a new destination in the great outdoors to learn about and experience all that nature has to offer. Some experiences will include mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, hiking, camp craft and learning to read map and compass, etc. Special guests will teach our campers about the woods, water and the wildlife found in abundance right here in our own U.P. outdoors.For more information or to register, call or visit the Y.
